Laurel is the first born pup from our first litter, so we already knew she was someone special.  At the puppy evaluation at 8 weeks she scored well for conformation and was a natural little retriever on the temperament test, so she became our 'pick' pup.  We're having fun with her and watching her grow.  We hope to start showing her Summer 2008.

We took Laurel to a International Show as a 5 month old puppy.  She had a great time, which was the important part.  There wasn't a lot of competition in her age group, but she brought home a lot of medals!

At 14 months she returned to an International Show and won Best Poodle Puppy 4/4 shows and Group 2 three out of four shows, earning her international puppy championship title.

She picked up her first five points at the Lower Mainland Dog Fanciers of BC show in March, 2009.  Winners Bitch and then Best of Winners!
